Midan Marketing uses our prize wheel to measure milestones for their employees. Each employee gets to spin the wheel after every year at the company or after achieving an important goal. The rewards include cash prizes, gift cards, and time off. On special occasions, everyone gets to spin the wheel after the company reaches a milestone. This system helps the employees feel like they are a part of the company’s success.

It is important to let our team know that we care about them. Yes, we can always simply hand out gifts or bonuses. But I have found, when we make an event out of these bonuses, it really strengthens the bond among the team. It gives everyone something to look forward to.

Tommy Nobis Center has used the prize wheel for over 10 years to recognize our teammates at our quarterly anniversary celebrations. Everyone looks forward to their moment in the spotlight, spinning the wheel, and winning gifts cards, cash, or a day off with pay. We turn the wheel lights on and cheer for our teammates as each one spins for their big prize. It is a great way to come together, have FUN, and enjoy the celebration. Tommy Nobis Center has also used the wheel for giveaways at job fairs and other community events.

We use the prize wheel from PrizeWheelsRFUN to celebrate work anniversaries. Our team members love it! Just last week we had two team members celebrate their first anniversary. It was FUN to see how excited they both were for their spin! Both had spent the past 12 months watching fellow team members get their anniversary spin and prizes and it was finally their turn. When we break out the wheel - even when our meetings are virtual - I see faces light up and hear more laughter and clapping!
