Returns and Refund

1. We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our products. Should you not be completely satisfied with your order, please return it in the original package, freight prepaid for a full refund. Limited Warranty

1. All products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship. We agree to repair or replace any product that proves to be defective for a period of two years from date of purchase. This warranty may be enforced only by the original retail customer and is not transferable. Alteration, repair, or attempted repair of the item by anyone not authorized will void the warranty.

2. The product must be shipped freight prepaid in the original packaging or substantially similar packaging providing an equal amount of protection.

3. Sole liability for any defective product is limited to, at our option, the repair or replacement of the item. We are not liable for any other damages, whether incidental, consequential, or damages based upon inconvenience, loss of the use of the item, loss of time, or otherwise. This warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

4. Our products are made from plastic and will not withstand temperatures exceeding 110 degrees for a period greater than one hour. Do not leave the products in a location where it is subject to extremely hot temperatures. Improper storage may void the warranty.

Cancellation Fees

1. All custom graphic projects are subject to cancellation fees. Custom orders completed are not returnable.

Privacy Policy

1. We use your name, address or any contact information to fulfil your order. We may also email you concerning specials or discounts available for future purchases. We do not sell or transfer your contact information to any third party for any marketing purposes whatsoever. Your credit card number is processed for your order and it is not retained. We will remove your name from our mailing list upon request.
